Pride Plumbing NSW handled the complete plumbing for a new two-bedroom granny flat, built from the ground up. We carried out every stage of the plumbing, starting with the under-slab drainage and finishing with the fit-off in the bathroom, kitchen and laundry.
This was a full construction plumbing job, covering everything a self-contained flat needs to run: sewer, water, hot water, gas, rainwater reuse and stormwater. We worked through each stage with the build program, from the rough-in below the slab and in the wall frames to connecting the fixtures at the end.

We set out the under-slab drainage first, getting the sewer and stormwater lines in and positioned before the slab went down. Once the frame was up, we ran the hot and cold supply through the walls and roughed in the gas, ready for lining and tiling.
With the rainwater tank tied into a recycled water line and a stormwater absorption trench taking the run-off, the flat manages its own water properly rather than loading it all onto the main system. We came back at the end to install and connect the fixtures, leaving a finished bathroom, kitchen and laundry ready to use.
